Carmen has been the area manager of the San Diego Cal/OSHA Consultation Services Branch since 2013. Prior to that, she was an associate safety engineer with Cal/OSHA’s enforcement office. Carmen has over 23 years of experience in the safety and health field, working with various industries including construction, landscaping, manufacturing, and agriculture. As a safety engineer, she worked on high profile and complex cases.
