Fall Prevention STAR Learning Plan

This workshop will cover recognizing and addressing fall hazards at job sites. Effective implementation of an IIPP will also be covered with an emphasis on how an effective IIPP can help prevent falls and fatalities. We’ll introduce you to a variety of online resources to help you prevent fall injuries. You’ll enjoy group discussion and activities in this interactive workshop.

Important reminders

  • To ensure that your attendance in the workshop is recorded properly, accounts for managers, supervisors, and foremen must be created in State Fund’s Online Safety University℠. If you haven’t done that yet, create an account and start enrolling your managers, supervisors, and foremen.
  • Have your IIPP ready to review and discuss during the workshop. Your IIPP must be completed in State Fund’s IIPP Builder℠ before staff can attend the workshop.
  • Please be aware that scheduled dates and times for the workshops are subject to change.
  • These workshops are only intended for the number of managers, supervisors, and foremen for your organization specified during the STAR sign-up process.
  • All supervisors, managers, and foremen must attend an interactive workshop on or before the learning plan due date. Not sure what your due date is? You can find it by logging into www.StateFundCA.com or in your reminder email sent from SafetySupport@scif.com.
